i get suspended with 100% feedback and one cpmplain saying "this is fake, is a cheap copy from turkey"
I've been on ebay since 2004.
after reading all this is very confusing, who has a succesful story?? can i list the same items if i get my account back?

i ACCIDENTLY LISTEDKATE SPADE ON MY TITLE WHEN LISTING AND DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DELETE IT. BEFORE I COULD GET HELP THEY KICKED IT OFF. i WENT TO EBAY HELP AND THEY TOLD ME TO RELIST THE PURSE AND NOT OT PUT THE NAME ON TITLE BUT PUT IT IN DISCRIPTION,SO i DID.THEN THEY SUSPENDED ME ON EBAY,AND IT WAS A NATURAL MISTAKE i DIDNT MEAN TO DO. BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME TO DO THIS i THOUGHT IT WAS LEGAL. i GUEGG THEY DIDNT KNOW THEIR JOB, AND i AM SORRY FOR THIS INCEDENT.

i AM TRYING TO GET STARTED IN THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE SOCIAL SECURITY DONT PAY ENOUGH TO GET BY. THANKS AGAIN

I have spent 2 days reading the instructions on how to open an account after suspended and all the info from others.VERY helpful i have had 3 accounts suspended and even a friend of mine who helped me get started on this whole ebay selling his account was suspended because they said he was linked to me.I feel very bad for him because he was just helping me get started and even after sending them all the info they asked him to send to prove he and i were not the same people or linked they still have left him suspended.After reading the info i see where i went wrong when opening new accounts which after a day or 2 got linked to my old account.This info has been so helpful but does anyone have any advice on how my friend can get his account back since he has had it fo many years and alot of good feedback?

My ebay account and paypal account using the same address (shipping address), suddently my ebay account was suspended.

I want to open a new ebay account and link with existing paypal account, how can I do that when there are stated my address registered with paypal, can ebay identify this?

Gee Joe , I do not know the answer to that question ? I do however have another and hopefully can get an answer from Aspkin or anyone ?? Please ? I was one of those Powersellers with 100% positive feedback who was recently thrown off of ebay for a Vero violation….Frankly I did not know WHAT was wrong so I kept relisitng a designer inspired bag that I had. Nobody from ebay would EXPLAIN to me what I should take out of the description and I looked at so many others and they all seemed so similar …I took out any words that I thought were not allowed , relisted etc etc etc …bottom line , I had to be being TARGETED by someone (probably competition tattlers) because within a couple of days I got my 4 strikes and kicked out ! Interesting part is with the new system in place they had just taken 15% off of my listing fees for being such a good seller~ What a JOKE! Anyway …I am unable to get any information about my status.I faxed over the necessary signed paperwork saying I would be a good girl along with 3 forms of identificaton …MY QUESTION is this ! How do I go about starting my OWN web store and is there any place that I can do it w/o spending a fortune …I have NO money to put out for a web designer , know nothing about shopping carts etc. I sell Mineral Cosmetics and as a single disabled nurse NEED to get some income coming back in here. I did not make very MUCH on ebay but I was making enough for groceries. What I miss most is the fact that it gave me something to do to keep busy and stay focused and to feel like I was a bit independant. NOW …I have nothing except a whole lot of inventory and no place to sell ! Any advise you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated ! Have a wonderful weekend ! KLM

so even if you change around your account numbers, they still verify your account by depositing some change,so you have to use your own account. What's the solution for that? AND, when you get ready to transfer funds from PP to your account, it would end up in the wrong place! So what's the dealio?

hi i have a couple of questions.
1 i have been kicked out of ebay and paypal. i was very sick and wasnt able to ship out the stuff that was sold.( me being a total jackass.. should have cancelled the listings but forgot.) so now i know we cant use the same checking acct however can i open up another back acct and use that… please advice.
2 i owe ebay about $200 in fees. and i have been suspended. should i pay or not. please advice.
