websites such as pageflakes.com and other websites which allow you to register will give you a profile page. I always paste my link on the bio or about me section. you will need to use HTML.
Its a good idea to make sure that the profile pages are index-able. I would recommend you go through the lists of urls on this thread and use them.
Many dont have places for you to comment and many do - however all of the profile pages on this thread are index-able so its a great way to gain backlinks.
