The FNBO online verification system is obviously different then. Either that or the PP system does not verify account holder names using that same system.
If you understand AVS, for example, there are different "fields" that can be used for verification. The simplest AVS system verifies five digit zip only. The most sophisticated use all fields, numeral in address and nine digit zip. By the same token PP may not be utilizing all fields in that online verification process - yet. FNBO obviously is. |
