As you say, luck of the draw...
I got one MC081 a while back, as soon as I tried to list, it cancelled listing, I am postive no links to other accounts (after all Im on my 27th account baby...and they are ALL running.)
I called them and they were like, send us ID, so I emailed them back and forth and in the end they just let me list and accounts ok now, I think it was computer generated as there was nothing dodgy about my info or what I was trying to list...............
factors were; used vcc, and tried to list about a week after it was made (not ideal), BUT it was linked to a verified paypal, so that wasnt the problem..so factors I think are either vcc or random thing they do....
As I said, I have made loads of accounts same way and got this hit only once, so far..
