Some banks don't care that you're on chexsystems. Have you tried a local bank or credit union? I would also advise spending a few hundred dollars creating an LLC that has a tax ID. You can then open a bank account in that entities name, which you are the sole owner.
Don't ever give up because someone has your name on a spreadsheet.  |
