Well, that is a different issue. If they have to do all that - then this cartmanager is not a viable solution.

But, you know, sometimes customers just THINK that they had to do all that. Usually the system gives them the option of just paying without an account. Even when one pays a PP invoice via EBAY checkout the system tries to get them to create an account.

I will email my customers who did pay me with cartmanager and ask what they had to go through. Stand by for data.
