Do you ever notice that when you open your ebay account your user id is up at the top but then if you want to go to "My ebay" you have to log in?
I don't know if they could still notice or link you or not. But why chance it? I don't. If I am going to use a different ISP, I use a different user account or computer. Keep your windows stealth user accounts only for the stealth accounts.
