You are selling items that are trademarked, that is the problem.....knowing this, it is safe to say it was unwise to switch to a part time at a real job. Millions of people speed each day on the roads and only a certain amount get caught and ticketed....that's just life. Not sure what your actual question is considering you state yourself you know why you got the boot, but I am sure there is a red flag on that account for the trademark stuff for sure and it is probably best to let that account sit for awhile.
