just re-checked the second one is from a vero member so may be just a coincidence about the first, as they even have a link to the copyrighters site, so may hear nothing else from that if i dont re-list (which i wont) just the other one to contend with now, im now gonna try and work this one out with the represetitive of the tradmark owner she wants damages and any profits ive made which as far as i can work out is £6 !, but Its all going through email at the moment which after checking on here its not the done thing as its all supposed to be through letterhead paper and Im told i should just ignore until she makes it more official, but im a worrier so want to get it sorted asap.
