Go into the modem settings and adjust your lease time down from 1 day to 11 seconds then unplug wait 30 seconds then plug it back in, you should now have a new ip address. Remember to put the lease time back to 1 day after you get the new one.
If your modem does not have user interface, use SMAC 2.0 program to spoof a new MAC address, reboot and that should get you a new ip.
There is also dos commands you can run to make the modem/router release the old ip address and get a new one.
