Suspension Public Computer

What happens if someone is linked to a suspended account because they both used a public computer?

Has anyone heard of that? For example, I know of a couple of places that have 100+ computers on the network and 20-30 public computers. If I logged in there with a suspended ID, would everyone else who uses those get suspended too?
