Ughh... I'm going through this now and the woman is driving me nuts. She is a seller on ebay yet she thinks I won't refund her! I told her that you and I both know that you get your money from ebay either way and even offered to credit her account the 'extra' shipping she has to pay.
She has threatened to turn me into ebay for the item being counterfeit so it makes me wonder...
Yes she can just open a case with ebay and say it is not as described and I/ebay can refund her, but can much more happen? I completely understand getting suspended is the next step, but since she bought it and SHE is not an actual V ERO member can much more happen?
I don't sell this item at all on this account normally and just wondering if she can contact a vero member to get me in trouble or if an undercover member needs to purchase it for further action to be taken? I'm just weirded out that the item isn't genuine and that she will have it in her hands.
