Default Receiving EMS Package

Hello all, I have some questions about receiving EMS package. My supplier ships two pairs of sneakers(they are as authentic as they can get) in a pack.

The package is relatively small. Two pairs of sneakers.
How frequent can I ship to the same address?

Will renting a usps mailbox work?

Can I rent multiple mailbox?

Thank you,

Ed

Just the way it works. Some of my packages go through customs, some don't.

EMS is the best way to receive packages from China (I assume that's where your package is coming from cause you said sneakers). Don't use DHL or Fedex, trust me.

and even though you say the shoes are authentic as all get out, customs won't think so.

I've never had a ems package seized... Maybe UK customs are more relaxed or I am just very lucky

I've never had an EMS package seized either. Had a DHL package seized though.

If you read this subforum, you will see that EMS is far safer than DHL/Fedex/UPS. It takes longer though. To me it's worth the wait to be safe.

and, again, doesn't matter if what you have going through is VeRo or not. customs can/still will seize for other reasons.

You got to be kidding me. Four out of six packages are in custom. One sits there for more than 3 days. ~~~~~~

3 days isn't worrying. I had a package in for a week before... Some go through 1-2 days

I guess it depends how busy they are. They will call you or send a letter if it gets seized

yeh its luck of the draw really, is ship a lot of packages to my customers from china everyday and never had any issues with customs, for some reason ems definatley gets checked a lot less than DHL, fedex etc..

3 out of 4 packages were cleared. Maybe I should not worry at all. If seized, it seized. I just can not believe that they wrote shoes on the EMS slip.

Give your supplier grief about that. He/she should know better.

better to be honest about whats in the package but lie about the price

these packages go through scanners and they will know if there are trainers in there

they should not lie and say they are shirts when they are trainers

Yeah never have had a problem because i always use sellers with good feedback 98% or higher. Your best bet is to use a known site and look at the sellers feedback. Most of them make enough money and will take care of you and reship the goods

Never had any problems with EMS. First time ordered by DHL, ordered seized by customs. I think EMS is safer than any other shipping method for UK buyer.

yeah ems is better

the supplier should always put gift and the price per item should be less than the amount when tax comes in play, about £46 i think
