Setting up your 2CO Shopping Cart

For some odd reason, my shopping cart for 2CO isn't working. Does anyone know how to effectively set one up?

For mine, to deposit my Paypal funds into my 2CO account, which will go to my bank.

It worked for a while, then it just stopped working.

"Parameter Error" is what I get when I try to checkout.
