That may or may not work, though for the most part I've seen it fail. EBay doesn't care what auctions they're taking down, they don't even look at the auctions 99% of the time. All they do is take the word of the trademark owner and shut auctions down. If you have enough complaints eBay will suspended your account as well. It's risky man. :/
