Same here. PP does not need to be verified to sell. But it doesnt hurt either.
With regards to limits - Im just wondering if any of the sellers on the forums offer accounts with increased limits for sale. If not I might get into that myself because Ive gotten pretty good at chatting with them over the phone and getting the initial limit raised to the 100/$5000 on my stealth accounts.
Wonder how much those go for. Or would go for if no one is selling those.
