Well I just opened an account like 2 weeks ago, and I sell Vero items on that account. When I was about to list some items that message popped up "do to you limited transaction history on ebay there might be a 21 day hold blah blah" , so I listed 3 things and all 3 bidders paid, but before I withdrew the money to my bank account I made sure I entered the tracking number in ebay and on paypal, and it WORKED! No problem, and I actually withdrew 521 dollars. So the main issue is make sure you ship your merchandise out fast or make sure the buyer gives you positive feedback or they might hold your money. Im selling some more stuff on that account now, so I will update you later on this week, but all you need to do is ship fast and there should be no hold
