I guess they probably thought that you were manipulating feedback....eBay is like an old man...you can't change their mind....If they said you are indefinitely suspended, then you are indefinitely suspended...get as many tips as you can from this forum and open a new account...or if you have the money I suggest you buy the auction stealth eBook, it really helped me...
