Have you been warned for same offense previously? if yes-- they will take that into acct--also:
If you were a Power seller- you have so many violations per 60 day period-- then they pull your PS logo for 30 days---have you went through this already?
IF youve already been warned/already had your logo pulled before, then this time is serious..
Maybe call your acct manager-she if she can help you
