 UK paypal phone verification
I tried to do the Phone Verification, when the paypal call the VOIP, then I input the code immediately without waiting the instruction in the phone, and then hangup, then the paypal saying the Phone Verification is failed, and they are going to post a verification code to the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address...
I contacted the paypal to ask them to let me do the Phone Verification again, but they said they can't do it...
what I can do to get the Phone Verification again to raise the Limit?
any suggestion?
