I already talked to my colleague about your concern, and one reason that we are looking is the address that you have registered, since it is not a usual UK address. However, second reason could be, your PayPal account which is not yet verified.

We also consider the address that you have registered. Possibility is it has been flagged by Trust and Safety of requiring this. So currently there is no way out other than getting PayPal Verified and link it.
