As I explained elsewhere, as long as you dont admit anything, to get damages they have to take you to court because its a civil matter unlike bootleg dvds which is criminal matter. They threaten legal action to scare you into an admission so they dont have to spend time and money going to court, then they can gouge you for money. Dont make it easy for them
