Basically if you want unrestricted downloads you need to be a member which can range from 24 hours, 7 days, 6months 1year etc.
you can use it for free to dl something but your restricted to like 1 dl every hour or so,
but they inforce this based on your IP address, as most of us know how to change our IP address this wouldn't be a problem.
