when u confirm withdrawl money is not withdrawl immediately u will see status pending.. and after about almost 2 days it says complete.. so within that time frame they can cancel the withdrawl if they feel anyting suspicious.. and paypal uk does accept mobile numbers but they cannot be used for verification.. just as u can add entropay credit card but cannot use for expanded use number.. got the idea i guess? |
