Well, there are fees for loading the card. 1.5% & It's 10 cents to send any amount of money and free to recieve. Of course there are also ATM withdrawal fees as well, $2.75 which is a little more than my paypal debit card. Only thing I don't like is that you are charged $1.75 if the transaction is declined.
