On the other hand, on high ticket items I understand they sometimes want to see that it has shipped and the tracking # inputed before they release the funds.
A friend of mine was trying some crooked stuff with Googlecheckout and he never shipped. Google did not reverse the transaction until after giving him every chance to supply the proof of shipping.
On PayPal they routinely ask for tracking #s on NEW accounts as part of the requested info to remove a limitation. And with UBID.com, you MUST enter a tracking # within a couple of days of auction's end - they will not mail you your check until you do.
