You can get limited for A LOT of reasons. Read the Auction stealth guide for that information. Basically, once money comes into your account you need to be wary. Wait a day, and then immediately retrieve it/withdraw to bank. Limitation can come quickly and swiftly and you don't want to be screwed in funds. Especially since Paypal does random credit checks and such.
