my records show that if you set-up a new account and start using it to accept payment you will almost likely be limited within a very short period of time, maybe a day or 2-weeks. Also, after your first limitation you might be asked to confirm your location by phone which is not huge. After you lift your account from that you will most likely be limited again and asked for ssn after a little bit more selling $500-$1000,several weeks, or a withdrawl. This is where you're screwed unless you're using a real address with name and phone that matches. You can then call them and cry about it and if information matches up their is a 30% chance they will lift it. |
