DHL Clearance processing complete at CINCINNATI HUB - USA

I sent two packages from US to Taiwan on Sept. 30 and faced clearance processing on Oct. 1. I found that the status showed Clearance processing complete at CINCINNATI HUB - USA on Oct. 2. However, it stopped working since that.

Contacted customer service and no helpful information I got because they told me they have no idea where are my shipments either.

Does anyone know what is the next step I can do???? Thanks for any help

DHL can be a bit slow in updating sometimes. Give them another ring after the weekend and they may have a better idea.

China was closed due to national holiday until Oct 7th. You package might be moving by now.

I had few shipment coming out of China and they all reached Cincinnati OH, last night and going to be deliver on Monday since they don't work over the weekend.
