Is there any way to add payment instructions ("free text") to the Cartmanager invoice? Buyers are confused when they receive these invoices. They don't realize that they should click on the "Checkout" button in order to be transferred to paypal. They began crying "I thought you accept paypal, but you don't! bla-bla-bla..."
