from what ive been reading, address and number should match up, phone box debate, not sure about might be caught out, and dont want to be suspended after all the trouble of prepay cards and accounts etc, best to do real address of someone you know and written verification takes 2 weeks for code to arrive! or real address and number of someone you know.
