It shouldnt be a problem opening new bank accounts which you can do online for most UK banks. Also, ask your banks about opening other accounts with them- savings and extra current accounts etc. Just dont tell them its business related as they can close your account if they think youre running businesses through them, im not sure how likely it is but thats what I was told. Another thing- dont open more than a couple of uk banks a week. A friend of mine works for a big UK bank and told me to be careful as they can tell if someone opening a new account has opened a load of account within a few days. |
