I know that a Paypal account needs a bank account (in any name) to become verified but I was just wondering whether it is possible to open a Paypal account and, whilst being unverified, accept a small amount of funds (up to £100) from sales on eBay, and then spend the funds through a site which uses Paypal as a merchant account (such as
CD WOW! UK - Welcome to our music and movie store - Free Delivery Worldwide) without being limited. I have used Paypal for years but always used a verified account until now and if anybody can advise or let me know their experiences I would be very grateful.
