BUT i will say it may be just post code against area code then. | Thats called a phone book, and that doesnt connect an address to a fixed address.
Im 99% sure its connected by the phone number to post code. I have used the correct first 3 digit post code for each phone box locally and all have worked.
I have had failures, when using a postcode to me, then using phone verification the otherside of London
