Hi, I am new on this forum and for the past week I've done nothing but read through it. Reading this forum has answered many questions, I just have 1 more that perhaps some1 knows the answer to. As I am in fact moving home next week, I was wondering if this is enough to reset your IP, even if you carry your current services (& net supplier) over to new address?? 
I have tried every thing that was suggested to reset or change my IP, and it looks like the only way for me is to use a proxy. However as I am moving home I haven't bought a subscription to 1 as yet, so I was wondering if moving will be enough to reset your Ip or should I drop my current supplier and get BT or something?
By the way I am not moving because of ebay lol  , I just stumbled across this thread as I happen to be moving and it left to wonder...............
