That's not what I say word for word but basically is. Not sure how much ebay cares but it stops competitors from turning you in. I never get infrigment or verod with that noted in my listing. In fact, it was PP who suggested I write something like that in my listing and also to keep all receipts. I was told this wayyyy before I was indef suspended - I was suspended for something stupid ... nothing to do with vero. | Im a newbie....what is Vero?? :D
