 does vero purchase your product as proof

i had a vero takedown so followed another e-bayers example who has listed these a while, i dont show any actual logo or wording in ad and dont put in vero catagory either. pic tells buyer all they want to know, apart from the usual is it a so and so e-mail, that i dont answer but buyers still seem to find it, albeit more slowly and at a reduced price, than if named.so hopefully i cant be verod by listing.
But when purchaser gets item it is a very good vero copy, and they have all been extremely pleased with their bargain items.
BUT....
im worried that vero will purchase one to catch me out, and they will get logod product.
Could they use that to suspend me.
they could ask for refund to get my address which isnt mine anyway. so i dont care about that.
