I am not sure whether vnumber is available to Canada. I am using Vonage and tollfreeforwarding. You know, ebay can buy those small company and find what phone numbers we are using. Vonage will be a little safe.
I just had my credit card verified. It gave me a 4 digit number. I chose call now, and got a call from paypal. I added the 4 digit on my phone. paypal message said I have added an invalid number. What a confusion.
I clicked continue, and saw this message:
