I had the same thing happen last week because of their high risk nonsense excuse. (highest item I sold was like $300, everything else under $50) I was verified but no card added. So I added the credit card, got their REVIEW status for 2 days, only to tell me that my business poses high risk and they terminated my relationship with them. I think it depends of the reason why they limited your account.
Question: the credit card you added was confirmed sucessfully, was it a cardx gift card ? Or a REAL card with your name and everything ? I want to open a brand PP account with a cardx, not sure if it will work ???
