I don't think ioffer is that sophisticated to tell you the truth. I have had an account for about four years and never any problems. Ioffer is just lucky if the sellers pay their fees and their happy so I don't think they check, I have gone months past due and ioffer has never done anything to my account so I think they are just happy that you pay and don't track anything.
