I have been using MagicJack and I am pretty happy with it. The call quality is really good. Comparable to a typical landline, and definitely better than a cellphone.
Here's something I noticed: If you plug the magicJack drictly into the computer USB port, it works great. If you plug it into the included extension usb cord, the quality deteriorates. That's my only minor complaint about the thing.
