 Google Checkout Bank Question
So I have this buyer who is deliberately trying to rip me off. I told him payment was via Google Checkout and he accepted. I shipped item out. 7 days later he says that he hasn't received the item; even though I confirm that he has. He sends me an email telling me he's going to get his money back and keep the item and there's nothing I can do. I send this email to google but they don't seem to care or they don't believe me. So at this point in time, I want to scrap google and forget selling things online ever again. Too many risky factors like idiots like these. Now google might want me to pay or something. I originally had a bank account that I was using on that account but now I removed it and added one that I have closed. My question is, can google or anybody else take money out of the first bank account I added? Can anybody trace me back to that bank account? Are collectors going to come knocking on my door someday?
