You can use AOL browser as a proxy, theoretically you will get a different IP address each time you open the browser, so its random. You can use a network switch and run 5 or more computers off on broadband connection each with a different IP. Use those unsecured networks, I would. If you have a router, login to your control panel, change the mac address of the router, reboot the cable modem, you will get a different IP. The router should auto reconfig/reboot.
