Yes I clearly said they can use the same information as stored in the phonebooks. HOWEVER, as I said the phonebook doesnt connect a NUMBER to a FIXED ADDRESS. Also a phonebook database, the one which is published nationally doesnt contain all numbers as you can choose to have your number removed from it. | Funny that when you enter an invalid phone number - it says something along the lines of "compared to publically available databases..."
