On the proxy switcher there is a tut its in flash and shows you how to use it. I think its under help. Sorry to hear about your bad business before.
Advice: Hm ebay knows your using a proxy. Im pretty sure of that from my experience. The best thing would be to call your isp and renew your ip, make it a dynamic ip.
