Thanks. | If I'm not mistaken, I think you click on the lift limit section ?? It's been awhile since I did it.. Quote:

How does anything i said imply i havent set it up properly. This has nothing to do with setting it up properly as they're only asking for a tracking number. I always supply them with tracking numbers but in the most recent case i havent shipped it yet so obviously i dont have a tracking number. Other than that i'm just waiting for them to deposit the PIN which also is standard procedure, and nothing to do with me setting anything up. | "Properly" I think means the following:
You created the account, verified it and lifted all the limits prior to using it to sell on ebay..
By them asking for the additional info, it appears your account wasn't verified prior to you selling..Thus, was not created properly...
Now, I'm not 100% sure on this, and the experts could possibly explain it better.. However, the best course of action from what I've been told is to create your paypal account first (before your ebay account), verify it with the bank account, lift your limits with the cc/debit card, and then proceed to sign up to ebay and use the two accordingly..
Just from the sounds of it, it would appear at some point you started selling prior to verifying the account, or that the account wasn't verified at all...
I could be incorrect, but that's how I'm reading into it..
