You get people to pay through CCNOW by re invoicing regularly til they pay.
Set the paypal payment email address so that it is not linked to the paypal account.
People will notice that their paypal payment is unclaimed. You will not need to refund it.
You can set an automated email response to get them to pay through CCNOW if they pay through ebay
