I've always thought an actual VeRO member would search eBay for his products, scan the description and report what he wanted out of there. If you add a disclaimer, that could help save your auctions, but it's not guarantee. Also, I feel there is an automated system setup by either eBay or a VeRO member that scans for certain auctions with keywords not supposed to be there. Like I said earlier, you can't win with VeRO. It's better to get pass it and sell somewhere else.
