 Registraton details dilemma
I want to set up a stealth account in Canada, and do all the usual (e.g. phone forwarding, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, VPN, etc.), but what if ebay suspends my account and request for proof of my ID. Since I am living in Australia, it would be impossible for me to obtain a copy of a Canadian utility bill, Govt Issued ID, etc. that I could pshop. I'm sure someone has come across this problem before, but I haven't been able to find it on the forum yet. Thanks!
