Since people always scream at newbies for asking old questions, I think a faq is in order. Maybe put it so after someone registers, they are sent to the page or when they try their first post they get sent to the faq page. Just basic questions.

What should I sell
Best vcc provider
Should I use proxy
Should I used my old/new name/address/pp/ebay/bank/cc with new/old whatever
Just a thought, but it might be counter production since newbie posts is what keep the forum going.
